Delete your account
Deleting your Stepfolio account permanently removes your profile, V-Cash balance, portfolio, season pass progress, achievements, trading cards, and all other associated data. This cannot be undone.
Delete directly in the app
This is the fastest way. Your account is removed immediately.
- Open the Stepfolio app and sign in
- Tap the Settings icon on the Home screen
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Tap Delete account
- Type Delete in the confirmation field and tap the red button
Your account and all data are deleted immediately. You will be signed out automatically and cannot sign back in.
Request deletion by email
Email stepfolio451@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and send a confirmation when done.
Please include your registered email address in the message body so we can locate your account.
